Biography
Webb earned a J.D. from the University of Louisville Law School. At the time of his appointment in 2017, he was a court-appointed attorney for the Jefferson County Family Court.[1]

The judges of the Kentucky District Courts are elected in nonpartisan elections. They serve four-year terms and must run for re-election if they wish to serve again.[2][3]
Qualifications
To serve on this court, a judge must be:[2]
- a U.S. citizen;
- a resident of the represented district for at least two years; and
- licensed to practice law for at least two years.
