Don Blair is a district court judge for 21st District Court, which presides over Bath, Menifee, Montgomery, and Rowan counties in Kentucky.[1] Blair was elected to the bench in 2006 and was re-elected without opposition in 2010 and 2014.[2][3] His four-year term expired on January 6, 2019. [4]
