Donald A. Williams is a judge for the Ulster County Court in New York. He was elected to this position on November 3, 2009 and took office in 2010.[1][2]

Education

Williams received his B.A. degree in history from Seton Hall University in 1975 and his J.D. degree from Albany Law School in 1979.[3]

Career

Williams began his career in 1979 as an Assistant District Attorney for the City of Kingston and Ulster County. He was appointed Chief Assistant District Attorney in 1983 and was appointed District Attorney in February of 1999 (elected the following November). He worked in that position until he was elected to the County Court in 2009.[3]
