Donald Marden

Don Marden is a superior court justice for the Kennebec County Superior Court in Maine. He is one of several retired but judicially active justices in the state.[1]
Education
Marden received an undergraduate degree from Cornell University, going on to earn his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law.[2]
Military experience
Marden served in the Army, the Army Reserve and the Maine Army National Guard. He was a deputy adjutant general in the Maine Army National Guard from 1987 to 1994.[2]
Career
Prior to joining the bench, Marden was a partner in the law firm of Marden, Dubord, Bernier & Stevens for 30 years.[2]
