Education

Hicks received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 1974 and his J.D. from the Woodrow Wilson College of Law in 1980.[2]

Career

In addition to his judicial duties, Hicks currently practices law at the firm McCalla, Raymer, Padrick, Cobb, Nichols and Clark in the fields of real estate and foreclosure law.[2]
