Donna McIntosh is a judge of the 18th Judicial Circuit Court in Seminole County, Florida. McIntosh was appointed by former Governor Jeb Bush on March 29, 2001, replacing Seymour Benson.[1][2] She was re-elected in 2008 and 2014, and her current six-year term expires on January 4, 2021.[3][4][5]

McIntosh ran for re-election to the Eighteenth Circuit Court.
As an unopposed candidate, she was automatically re-elected without appearing on the ballot. [4] 

Education

McIntosh received her B.B.A. degree from Stetson University and her J.D. degree from the University of Florida. She was admitted to the bar in 1983.[6]

Career

McIntosh worked for the law firm of Stenstrom McIntosh Colbert Whigham & Simmons PA for 16 years prior to becoming a judge. At the time of her judicial appointment in 2001, she was also working as a city attorney for Casselberry and Lake Mary.[2]
