Donovan Foughty is the presiding judge for the Northeast Judicial District of North Dakota. Foughty is based out of Devils Lake, North Dakota, which is located in Ramsey County. He was first elected to the court in 1994.[1] He was re-elected after running unopposed on November 4, 2014, for a term that begins on January 1, 2015, and will expire on December 31, 2020.[2][3]
