Douglas J. Lerose is a judge on the Nassau County District Court in New York. He was appointed to the court in January 2012 by County Executive Edward Mangano.[1]

Lerose was one of six candidates competing for three positions on November 6, 2012. He was elected to the court in the general election, winning 18.73 percent of the vote.[2][3][4]
