Douglas Milholland
Douglas Milholland was a 2014 Green Party candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 6th Congressional District of Washington.[1] He was defeated by Derek Kilmer (D) and Marty McClendon (R), who were the top two vote-getters in the blanket primary.[2]
