Duane L. Golden
Duane L. Golden was a magistrate judge of the Fifth District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position on August 1, 2005 to serve Adams County.[1]
Education
After serving in the U.S. Army from 1983 to 1986 and in the Army Reserve until 1989, Golden attended Cornell College and received his undergraduate degree in 1991. He then received his law degree from the University of Iowa in 1996. He is now married and has three children.[1]
Career
Early in his legal career, Golden worked as a deputy public defender in Idaho Falls, Idaho and as a deputy county attorney in Pocatello and Lewiston, Idaho. Since 2003, he has worked as a private practice lawyer.[1]
