Earl-Ray Neal is a district court judge for the 25th District Court, which presides over Clark and Madison counties in Kentucky.[1][2] Neal was first elected to the bench in 2007 and was re-elected without opposition in 2010 and 2014.[3][4]  His four-year term expired on January 6, 2019.[5]
