Eddie Fowler was a probate judge of Franklin County, Georgia.[1] He retired at the end of December, 2012.[2]
Indictment
Fowler was indicted in September of 2012 on one count of misdemeanor sexual battery. The indictment was thrown out after his attorney Daniel Moore asked that the indictment be "quashed".[2]
