Edward H. Bullard was a judge for the Superior Court of Santa Barbara County in California.[1] Bullard was appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2006 and served until he passed away at age 59 on March 10, 2013.[2]
Education
Bullard graduated from the Santa Barbara College of Law.[2]
Career
Before serving on the Superior Court of Santa Barbara County, Bullard worked for the California Highway Patrol, the Ventura County Public Defender’s office, and as a deputy district attorney for Santa Barbara County.[2]
