Campaign themes

Life skills classes

Life skill classes provide incentives to learn and stay in school for those secondary students unmotivated by desk work. They also provide experiences that create a knowledge base for career choices that enhance careers in engineering and technology as well as provide an educated labor force.

The lack of exposure to and opportunities for study or practice in industrial and life skills needed limits practice in reading and math so necessary to doing well on standardized tests. It also affects our drop out rate and limits our graduates applying for jobs in the labor market.[6] [7]
