Elayne Storrs was a Utah Seventh Judicial District judge for Carbon County, Utah for the Carbon County Justice Court and Wellington Justice Court.[1] She retired from the court on May 1, 2014.[2]

Education

Storrs is a graduate from the National Judicial College's Legal Institute and the Utah State Level II Legal Institute.[3]
