Ernest M. Robles is a judge on the United States bankruptcy court, Central District of California. He was appointed on June 12, 1993, and he was reappointed in 2007 and 2021.[1][2]

Education

Robles earned a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.[1]

Career

Robles began his legal career as an attorney at the law firm of Musick, Peeler and Garrett. He then took a job with Hancock, Rothert and Bunshoft, where he remained for five years before joining Kornblum and McBride. One year later, he entered into government service, working as an Assistant U.S. Trustee for five years before being called to the bench.[1]
