Eugene E. Peckham
Eugene Peckham was a judge for the Surrogates' Court of Broome County in New York. He was required to retire in 2010, when he turned 70, the age of mandatory retirement for New York judge.[1][2]
Education
Peckham attended Wesleyan University for his Bachelor of Arts and Harvard University for his J.D.[3]
