Place 1 incumbent Erasmo Lopez defeated newcomers Javi Herrera and Roy Ramirez-Kello. In Place 2, incumbent Richard Rivera won re-election without opposition. Patrick Kennedy defeated fellow newcomers Ed Davila and Felix Guajardo for the open Place 3 seat.[1]
