Frederica Allen Petry
Frederica Allen Petry was a judicial candidate for Texas District 387 in 2012.
Education
Petry received a B.S. in criminal justice from Lamar University Beaumont in 1996. She earned her J.D. from the South Texas College of Law in 2000.[1]
Career
While she was in law school, Petry was a law clerk for Judge Austin of Harris County Probate Court No. 1. She has been an attorney in private practice for 10 years. She has handled cases in numerous areas of law, including personal injury, commercial, construction defect, toxic tort, insurance, employment, divorce, and probate cases.[1]
2012 election
Petry ran for election to the 387th District Court and was defeated by challenger Brenda Mullinix.[2][3]
