Gail Hagerty was the presiding district court judge for the South Central Judicial District of North Dakota. Hagerty was based out of Bismarck, North Dakota, in Burleigh County. She was first elected to the court in 1994.[1] Hagerty retired on March 16, 2020.[2]

Primary: She ran unopposed in the primary on June 10th, 2014.
General: She was unopposed in the general election on November 4, 2014[3][4] 

Education

Hagerty received a B.A. and J.D. from the University of North Dakota in 1975 and 1978, respectively. In 1994, she received a master's degree from the University of Nevada-Reno.[1]
