Gail Nichols
Gail Nichols was a judge for the Ninth Judicial District Court of Colorado, appointed in 2008.[1] She was retained in 2010 to a six-year term, but she retired on October 31, 2015.[2][3]
Education
Nichols received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and J.D. from Vermont Law School.[2]
Career
Immediately prior to assuming the bench as a district court judge in 2008, Nichols was an attorney in private practice. She also previously worked in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Newark, New Jersey in the criminal division.[2]
