Gary F. Marton
Gary F. Marton was a judge for the New York City Housing Court of Kings County, New York. He was appointed to this position in September of 1999 and was reappointed in 2004, 2009 and 2014.[1][2]
Education
Marton received his undergraduate degree from Columbia College, Columbia University and his law degree from the Boston University School of Law.[1]
Career
Prior to his judicial career, Marton worked as a private practice lawyer, a staff attorney and hearing officer for the Comptroller of New York City, and as assistant corporation counsel for the City of New York (serving as assistant chief of the Real Estate Litigation Division and the Condemnation and Certiorari Division).[1]
