Gerald H. Rustad was a judge for the Northwest Judicial District Court in North Dakota. He was elected to the court in 1992, and served until his retirement from the bench in 2010. Rustad passed away on December 4, 2014.

Rustad received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota and his J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1969.
