Gerald J. Council is the presiding judge on the Vicinage 7 Superior Court in New Jersey.[1] He was appointed to the court in 1998 and obtained tenured status in 2005. He is now eligible to serve on the court until he reaches 70 years of age in 2028.[2][3]
