Gerald Tipton
Gerald Tipton was a 2012 candidate for Position 3 on the 12th Judicial District in Oregon.[1]
Education
Tipton received a diploma in nation security strategy from the Army War College. He also holds a bachelor of arts in political science from Stanford University and a J.D. from the University of Oregon.[2]
