a candidate for the District 2 seat on the Seminole County School Board in Florida. She was defeated by incumbent Karen Almond in the general election on August 26, 2014.

The August 26, 2014, general election in Seminole County featured three seats up for election. Candidates Frank D. Curcio, Jeff Bauer and Rich Sloane were competing for the District 1 seat. None of the three candidates received 50 percent of the vote in the general election, so Jeff Bauer and Rich Sloane, the top two vote-getters, advanced to the runoff election on November 4, 2014. In the District 2 race, incumbent Karen Almond defeated challenger Gracia Miller. District 5 incumbent Tina L. Calderone ran unopposed and won re-election.
