Greg Hecht was a Democratic candidate for Attorney General of Georgia in the 2014 elections. He ran unopposed for the Democratic nomination in the May 20 primary election and faced Republican incumbent Samuel S. Olens in the general election.[1] Greg Hecht lost the general election on November 4, 2014.

Hecht previously served as a member of the Georgia State Senate.

He last sought public office in the 2006 election for Georgia Lieutenant Governor.[1]

Hecht ran for Attorney General of Georgia in 2014.[2] Hecht was uncontested in the Democratic primary and was defeated by Republican incumbent Samuel S. Olens in the general election. The general election took place on November 4, 2014.
