H. Rupert Wilhoit III is a district court judge for the 37th District Court, which serves Carter, Elliott, and Morgan counties in Kentucky.[1] He was re-elected by voters in 2010 and 2014, his current term that expired on January 6, 2019.[2] [3]

General: He defeated John Preston Thompson in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 74.2 percent of the vote. [4]

Wilhoit ran unopposed and was retained to the 37th District Court on November 2, 2010, in the general election.[2]
