Harry T. Williams
Harry T. Williams was a judge on the Orphans Court of Kent County in Kent County, Maryland.[1] He began serving as a judge on the court in 1986.[2] Williams was last re-elected on November 2, 2010, for a four-year term, ending in 2014.[3] He did not finish the term, however, as he passed away on June 22, 2014. His wife, Elizabeth Williams was appointed by Gov. Martin O'Malley on August 12, 2014, to complete his term.[4]

Williams was re-elected to the Orphans Court of Kent County (along with William I. Blake and Elroy G. Boyer, Jr.) in the general election on November 2, 2010, after receiving 36 percent of the vote.[3]
