William I. Blake
William I. Blake was a judge on the Orphans Court of Kent County in Maryland.[1] He was re-elected on November 2, 2010 to a four-year term that ended in 2014.[2][3]
2010 election
Blake was re-elected (along with Harry T. Williams and Elroy G. Boyer, Jr.) in the general election on November 2, 2010, after receiving 32.11 percent of the vote.[2]
