Moses graduated from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice and earned his J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law.[1]
Prior to his appointment in 2017, Moses was in private practice for 20 years. His professional experience also includes work as a prosecutor for the Kings County district attorney's office.[1]
