Two seats on the Bellevue School District school board in Washington were up for general election on November 7, 2017. A single newcomer filed for and won the open District 3 seat: Erica Melief. District 5 board member My-Linh Thai filed for re-election and defeated challenger Hugh Gladner.[1]
