The Idaho Location and Disposition of Public Lands Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 6, was on the November 4, 1952 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.The measure gave the State Board of Land Commissioners the duty to provide the location, protection, and sale or rental of public lands granted by the government.[1][2]
