The Idaho Lower Price of School Lands Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 3, was on the November 3, 1942 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure lowered the minimum price of selling school lands from ten to five dollars per acre.[1]
