The Idaho Repeal Section Regarding Labor of Convicts Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 24, was on the November 5, 1912 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure repealed Section 3 regarding labor of convicts confined in state prison done within prison grounds, with the exception of public works under direct control of the state.[1]
