The Idaho Use of Revenue Bonds for Air Navigation Facilities Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 7, was on the November 5, 1968 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure expanded the list of projects that could be financed by revenue bonds to include air navigation facilities.[1][2]
