Ilana Gruebel
Ilana Gruebel is a judge on the Family Court in New York City, New York. She was appointed a New York City Civil Court judge in January 2010 and was sworn in as a family court judge in February 2011.[1][2]
Education
Gruebel received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York in Binghamton and her J.D. from the State University of New York in Buffalo.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Gruebel was a bureau chief of the Family Court Division for Nassau County's Legal Aid Society. She also worked with the Legal Aid Society in New York City. Gruebel served as a court attorney referee for Kings County too. She was appointed to the Family Court in January 2010 and the New York City Civil Court in February 2011.[1]
