J.D. Langley
J.D. Langley was the judge of Texas District 85. Langley took office in 1991.[1] He did not seek re-election in 2014, and retired when his term expired on December 31, 2014.[2][3] He plans to serve as a senior district judge upon his retirement.[4]

Langley received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law.[1]
