J. Philip Klingeberger was a judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Northern District of Indiana. He was appointed on June 16, 2003, and his current term expired on on June 15, 2017.[1]

Education

Klingeberger earned a bachelor's degree from Grinnell College and a J.D. from Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington.[2]

Career

Prior to joining the bench, from 1975 to 1985, Klingeberger worked as a private practice attorney. He then transitioned his career to the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Indiana, where he served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney from 1986 to 2003.[3]
