J. Timothy Breen
J. Timothy Breen was a judge for the Warren County Family Court in New York. He served in this position from his election in 2000 to his retirement on December 18, 2015.[1] Breen also served as an Acting Justice of the Warren County Supreme Court from his appointment in 2001 to 2015.[2] Breen died of leukemia on January 20, 2016.[3]
Education
Breen received his B.A. degree from Le Moyne College in 1970 and his J.D. degree from the Albany Law School of Union University.[2]
Career
Breen began his career in 1975 working for the law firm of Little & O'Connor, PC Attorneys at Law. He then served as a Warren County Support Magistrate and Family Court Hearing Examiner from 1985 to 1999. In 2000, he joined the Family Court bench. He was also appointed an Acting Supreme Court Justice the following year.[2][4]
