John M. "Jack" Griesbaum was a Brevard County judge of the 18th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was appointed to this position by former Governor Jeb Bush and was sworn in on December 29, 2000. He replaced Edward Richardson. In 2008, he was re-elected to a term that ended on January 5, 2015. He retired at the end of his term.[1][2][3]

Education

Griesbaum received his B.A. degree from the University of Texas in 1971 and his J.D. degree from St. Mary's University in 1973.[2]

Career

Griesbaum worked as a prosecutor prior to his judicial appointment in 2000.[2]
