James D. Arnold
James D. Arnold was a judge of the 13th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. He was first elected to this position in 1990 (effective the following January). In 2008, he was re-elected without opposition to another six-year term. He retired when his term expired on January 5, 2015.[1][2][3][4]
Education
Arnold received his B.S. degree from University of Tampa in 1970 and his J.D. degree from the Cumberland School of Law in 1973.[2][5]
Career
Arnold became a judge in 1986 and served in the Hillsborough County Court prior to his election to the circuit court in 1990.[2]
