Education
Chellis received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in 1973 and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1977.[2]
Career
Before he became a master-in-equity, Chellis worked as an attorney in general practice in Summerville, South Carolina.[2]
