James K. Journey was the presiding circuit court judge for the 27th Circuit Court in Missouri. He was elected to the circuit court in 2006 and re-elected in 2012.[1][2] He retired in 2019.[3]

Education

Journey attended the Central Missouri State University for his B.A. in political science, graduating in 1973. He received his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia Law School in 1975.[4][2]
