James L. Mulvihill
James Mulvihill (also known as Jim) was a member of the San Bernardino City Council in California, representing Ward 7. Mulvihill assumed office on November 18, 2013. Mulvihill left office on December 16, 2020.
Mulvihill ran for re-election to the San Bernardino City Council to represent Ward 7 in California. Mulvihill lost in the general election on November 3, 2020.
