Education

Lillis received his undergraduate degree from the United States Air Force Academy and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh Law School in 1982.[2]

Military service

Lillis spent five years in the U.S. Air Force before attending law school. He retired in 2004 after serving as an officer in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard for 23 years.[2]

Career

Lillis has been an attorney in private practice for over three decades.[2]
