Victor M. Frederick IV

Victor M. Frederick, IV was a judge for the Berks County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2017.[1] He was elected in 2005. Frederick ran for the Berks County Court of Common Pleas in 2015.[2]
Education
Frederick graduated from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Judges Certification School in 2004. He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Saint Leo University in 2010 and a J.D. from Widener Law School in 2014.[3]
Career
Frederick has served as a law enforcement officer for Amity Township Police Department. He was elected to the magisterial district in 2005.[3]

2011
Frederick ran for re-election to the magisterial district in 2011. He won both parties' primaries on May 17. He received 55.3% in the Democratic primary and 72.2% of the vote in the Republican primary.[4] He cross-filed with the Republican and Democratic parties. He was re-elected after running unopposed on November 8.[5]
