Jan Aldykiewicz was an Article I federal judge serving on the United States Court of Military Commission Review. Aldykiewicz joined the court on August 17, 2012. The court reviews military commission trials and is composed of military judges appointed by the Secretary of Defense and civilian judges appointed by the president.[1]
