Kurt Brubaker
Kurt Brubaker was an Article I federal judge serving on the United States Court of Military Commission Review. Brubaker joined the court on October 24, 2014. The court reviews military commission trials and is composed of military judges appointed by the Secretary of Defense and civilian judges appointed by the president.[1]
Education
Brubaker earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University and his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law.[2]
