Mary E. Harney
Mary E. Harney was an Article I federal judge serving on the United States Court of Military Commission Review. Harney joined the court on September 4, 2012. The court reviews military commission trials and is composed of military judges appointed by the Secretary of Defense and civilian judges appointed by the president.[1]
Education
Harney received undergraduate and J.D. degrees from the University of Montana.[2]
Career
Prior to joining the Military Commission Court, Harney was a judge on the U.S. Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals.[2]
